Planning Commission Public Hearing
The Compton Planning Commission will begin public hearings on the proposed General Plan 2045, Housing Element, Environmental Impact Report, zoning amendments, and ADU Ordinance on Wednesday, August 12, 2026, at 5:30 p.m. in the City Council Chambers.
Compton General Plan 2045 Draft EIR Now Available
The Draft Environmental Impact Report is available for public review from July 23 to Sept. 8, 2025. Submit comments by 5:00 p.m. on Sept. 8 to jlarkin@comptoncity.org or mail to 205 S. Willowbrook Ave, Compton, CA 90220. Click here for document viewing locations or to see the document online.
